Position: Neonatologist
Location: Qatar
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) with specialisation in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
- Valid QCHP/DHP Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Neonatologist in a hospital with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage medical conditions affecting newborn infants, including premature and critically ill neonates.
- Provide care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Collaborate with obstetricians, paediatricians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Counsel and support parents regarding neonatal care and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
