▪️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
▪️ 8-10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with an appropriate level of leadership responsibility.
▪️ Strong and proven experience in the real estate development or construction sector.
▪️ Advanced experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting and project costs.
▪️ Advanced knowledge of IFRS standards and their practical applications.
▪️ Strong knowledge of the requirements of VAT, Zakat, and the financial regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
▪️ Proficiency in dealing with ERP systems, accounting and financial systems.
▪️ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to build and analyze financial forms and reports.
▪️ Proficiency in fluent spoken and written English.
▪️ Advanced abilities in financial analysis, planning, problem solving, and decision-making.
▪️ Strong leadership skills and the ability to efficiently manage and develop a financial team.
▪️ Ability to prepare and present financial and strategic reports to executive management in a clear and professional manner.
▪️ High accuracy, commitment, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a multi-project work environment.
