Typical Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction cost control
• Good Excel and cost-reporting skills
• Understanding of project budgets and financial monitoring
Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor project costs
• Track actual expenditure against budgets
• Prepare cost reports
• Identify cost variances
• Coordinate with project and commercial teams
• Monitor commitments, invoices and subcontractor costs
• Support forecasting and budget management
