WHOA TEA is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Specialist – Store Construction & Fit-Out to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is ideal for a project professional with early-career experience in construction, fit-out, F&B, cafés, restaurants, or retail projects, who can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and support new store projects from initial planning and design coordination through construction, fit-out, handover, and successful opening.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, fit-out, F&B, café, restaurant, or retail environments.
▪️ Basic practical understanding of construction and fit-out processes.
▪️ Basic knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
▪️ Ability to understand project drawings, layouts, schedules, and basic technical documentation.
▪️ Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, designers, landlords, mall management, and internal teams.
▪️ Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
▪️ Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.
▪️ Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
▪️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
▪️ Strong English communication skills are mandatory, both written and spoken.
▪️ Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
▪️ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly Riyadh, is preferred.
▪️ Experience with shopping mall projects, retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, or F&B fit-out projects would be a strong advantage.
▪️ Candidate must currently be based in Riyadh.
▪️ A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability is highly valued.
