🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
▪️ Previous experience in managing or supervising warehouses and inventory operations.
▪️ Hands-on experience in receiving, warehousing, disbursement, inventory, and inventory control.
▪️ Good leadership and management skills, especially for applicants for the position of warehouse manager.
▪️ Ability to manage teams, distribute tasks, and follow up on performance indicators.
▪️ Strong skills in organization, follow-up, problem-solving, and operational decision-making.
▪️ Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large amounts of items and data.
▪️ Proficiency in the use of computers, preferably experience in ERP/Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
▪️ Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO methods and expiration date management is an important advantage, especially in the medical sector.
▪️ Ability to prepare and analyze inventory, inventory, and material movement reports.
▪️ Previous experience in the medical or health sector or medical supplies and laboratories is a plus.
▪️ An appropriate qualification in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
