🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
▪️ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪️ Relevant experience in fleet tracking, transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations is highly desirable.
▪️ Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, fleet management platforms, or vehicle monitoring systems is an advantage.
▪️ Good understanding of transportation and fleet operational processes.
▪️ Ability to monitor multiple vehicles and activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
▪️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with route deviations, delays, and operational exceptions.
▪️ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
▪️ Ability to prepare clear and accurate operational and fleet performance reports.
▪️ Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with drivers, supervisors, and operational teams.
▪️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment.
▪️ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
▪️ High level of responsibility, discipline, accuracy, and follow-up.
