• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as: NEBOSH (IGC or equivalent), OSHA 30/40 Hour, IOSH (preferred)
• 8-12 years of experience in high-rise/mid-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding, lifting plans, and fall protection systems.
