Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
• 2 years experience as Purchase Assistant
• Assist in sourcing raw materials, spares & consumables
• Prepare & follow up purchase orders with suppliers
• Coordinate with Production & Store on material requirements
• Maintain vendor records & price comparisons
• Track deliveries & follow up on pending orders
• Assist in vendor evaluation & documentation
• Maintain purchase records & filing for audits
• Basic knowledge of import / export documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
• Good communication & coordination skills
