Farm Supervisor
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily farm operations for berries and grapes.
• Ensure crop health, quality and yield targets are met.
• Manage and guide the farm team, including field and harvesting activities.
• Implement best agricultural practices and safety standards.
• Coordinate with agronomy, logistics and quality teams for smooth operations.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.
• Relevant experience in berries and/or grapes cultivation (will be an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
