Abu Dhabi Catering & Services (ADCS) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
š¹ Position: Store Keeper
š¹ Experience: 1ā2 years in the catering industry
Key Requirements
ā
1ā2 years of experience in catering storekeeping.
ā
Knowledge of food items, dry stores, chilled and frozen products.
ā
Experience in receiving, checking, and storing goods.
ā
Good knowledge of stock control, inventory records, and FIFO/FEFO.
ā
Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge.
ā
Good communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
š¹ Receive and inspect incoming food and non-food items.
š¹ Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
š¹ Ensure proper storage of dry, chilled, and frozen items.
š¹ Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests.
š¹ Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
š¹ Maintain hygiene and safety standards in storage areas.
š¹ Coordinate with Procurement, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
