Architect – Level II
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Contribute to feasibility studies, concept design, and schematic design stages
• Develop architectural concepts and translate design ideas into compelling presentations
• Work across high-end residential, mixed-use, retail, master-planning, commercial, and office projects
• Prepare and develop architectural designs using industry-standard software
• Integrate AI tools into architectural design and development processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project development
Requirements :
• 4–6 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 2 years in the UAEUAE job market report
• Strong experience in feasibility, concept design, and schematic design
• Excellent architectural design and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit
• Confidence using AI tools and integrating them into architectural workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary studio
• Strong interest in architecture and design-led projects
