Real Estate Graphic Designer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Core Accountabilities :
• Design high-quality marketing visuals for property listings and advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts, reel covers, stories, and digital advertisements.
• Design brochures, flyers, property presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance property photographs for marketing purposes.
• Produce creative visuals for property launches, events, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop impactful branding materials.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing and brand assets.
Skills & Experience :
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva; excellent photo editing and image retouching skills.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of social media design and brand identity; creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting project deadlines; a strong design portfolio is required.
