Required Special Skills:

- Knowledge of digital wealth platforms, investment onboarding, advisory, execution, portfolio monitoring, and servicing journeys.
- Ability to develop clear dashboards, management reports, presentations, business cases, and implementation documentation.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, suitability requirements, conduct standards, data protection requirements, and banking practices.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Data Analytics, or another relevant field of study. A relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Digital Banking, or Banking Transformation, preferably within a highly rated international or regional bank.
- Experience supporting wealth management, investment advisory, digital wealth, client proposition, or customer journey initiatives is preferred.
- Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, data analysis, performance reporting, and implementation support.
- Relevant professional qualifications in business analysis, project management, investments, wealth management, or data analytics are advantageous.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions:
A. Shareholder & Financial:
- Analyse affluent client portfolios, deposits, AUM, investment holdings, product usage, fee income, and investment penetration to identify commercial growth opportunities.
- Support the definition and monitoring of targets relating to investment conversion, AUM growth, client acquisition, fee income, product penetration, and Relationship Manager productivity.
- Develop dashboards, analyses, and management reports that provide visibility over business performance, delivery progress, and identified performance gaps.
- Assist in evaluating the commercial and operational implications of proposed products, service models, digital capabilities, and client journey enhancements.
- Analyse variances against approved targets and provide evidence-based insights to support performance improvement actions.
- Support the preparation of business cases, financial assessments, benefit estimates, and initiative prioritisation materials.
- Implement KPIs and best practices for the Business Analyst, Retail Wealth, Onshore Affluent Proposition.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the Bank.
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
B. Customer (Internal & External):
- Analyse affluent client behaviours, needs, life stages, portfolios, transaction patterns, and product holdings to support client segmentation and value proposition development.
- Identify high-potential investment prospects, underserved client segments, journey gaps, and opportunities to improve engagement and investment conversion.
- Support the development of client personas, target market definitions, service models, and engagement approaches.
- Map and analyse customer journeys covering onboarding, suitability assessment, advisory, investment execution, servicing, portfolio review, and client communication.
- Gather client, frontline, and stakeholder feedback and translate findings into clearly defined improvement requirements.
- Assist customers in their queries regarding the Bank’s products and seek appropriate solutions to their requests.
- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements with internal departments and units to improve turnaround time.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with related departments and units to support the achievement of the Group’s objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate data to internal and external auditors, Compliance, Financial Control, and Risk when required.
- Support the validation of proposed journey and service enhancements against client needs, suitability requirements, and applicable conduct standards.
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
- Gather, analyse, document, and validate business, functional, data, process, reporting, and control requirements for affluent wealth initiatives.
- Support the assessment of gaps within the investment product suite, advisory capabilities, wealth lending proposition, operating model, and digital platforms.
- Assist in defining target-state propositions, processes, service models, business rules, controls, and implementation requirements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, process-design sessions, stakeholder interviews, and solution-validation activities.
- Prepare business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, gap analyses, operating procedures, decision logs, and traceability records.
- Support the design and implementation of digital wealth capabilities covering onboarding, risk profiling, advisory, investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and servicing.
- Assist in developing Relationship Manager coverage, productivity, training, certification, and advisory enablement frameworks.
- Support user acceptance testing, defect tracking, business readiness, process validation, training, communications, and post-implementation reviews.
- Coordinate deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions across Wealth, Retail Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support proposition development and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status reporting to the Business Lead and relevant governance forums.
- Ensure requirements and process designs reflect applicable product governance, suitability, conduct, risk, compliance, data protection, and operational control requirements.
D. Learning & Knowledge:
- Maintain current knowledge of affluent banking, wealth management, investment products, advisory models, wealth lending, client segmentation, and digital wealth platforms.
- Develop practical knowledge of affluent client proposition, investment processes, customer journeys, systems, data, controls, and reporting requirements.
- Remain informed of relevant market trends, competitor offerings, client behaviours, regulatory developments, and business analysis practices.
- Proactively identify areas for professional development and undertake appropriate development activities.
- Seek opportunities to remain current with developments in the professional field.
- Participate in relevant training, certification, knowledge-sharing, and professional development programs.
- Maintain effective documentation and knowledge repositories to support implementation continuity and operational handover.
- Share analytical findings, process knowledge, and implementation lessons with relevant stakeholders.
- Apply structured business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, and change delivery practices consistently across assigned initiatives.
E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).
- Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks.
- Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy.
- Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.
- Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence.
- Attend mandatory (internal and external) seminars as instructed by the Bank.
