🔹 JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to support Health, Safety & Environmental activities across project and site operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure HSE compliance, identify workplace hazards, and promote a strong safety culture.
🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Implement & monitor HSE procedures at project/site locations
🔹 Conduct site inspections, safety audits & risk assessments
🔹 Identify hazards & recommend corrective/preventive actions
🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE policies & safety regulations
🔹 Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & awareness sessions
🔹 Monitor PPE usage, work permits & safe work practices
🔹 Investigate incidents, near misses & unsafe conditions
🔹 Maintain HSE documentation, reports & safety records
🔹 Coordinate with project/site teams on HSE matters
🔹 Support emergency drills & response activities
🔹 Promote a strong safety culture across the project/site
✅ REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
👷 Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE experience
📜 NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory
🏗️ Experience in construction, engineering, electrical, instrumentation or industrial projects is an advantage
🗣️ Good communication & interpersonal skills
📍 Willingness to work at project/site locations
