Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to join our team in Al Ain. The position combines veterinary technical support with sales, marketing, customer relationship management, product registration, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the company's Al Ain office.
Provide veterinary advice and technical support to customers, clinics, farms, and business partners.
Promote and sell veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, feed additives, and related products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, clinics, farms, and other partners.
Identify new business opportunities and support sales and marketing activities.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, promotional activities, and follow-up.
Support sales planning and monitor progress against agreed targets.
Coordinate veterinary product registration and regulatory activities, including documentation and follow-up with relevant authorities.
Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities, including stock monitoring, storage conditions, expiry dates, and replenishment.
Prepare sales, stock, customer, registration, and activity reports.
Coordinate with management on orders, deliveries, customer requirements, and operational matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical/product sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Experience in veterinary product registration and regulatory procedures.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, and stock management.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
Good teamwork, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Valid UAE residence and work authorization.
MOCCAE Veterinary Profession Practice License or eligibility to obtain one.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Willingness to undertake customer visits and field-based activities.
