Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Project Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in project execution and site coordination within the Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and the ability to ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Previous experience in interior fit-out projects will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution activities to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are effectively coordinated and utilized.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and coordinating project variations and site requirements.
- Support project testing, snagging, and final handover activities.
Job Specifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
- Previous experience in interior fit-out projects is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of Joinery drawings, technical specifications, and site execution procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with UAE construction or interior fit-out experience will be preferred.
