Consultant – Cardiac ICU
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Accountabilities :
• Provide consultant-level care for patients in the Cardiac Critical Care and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit.
• Manage complex cardiac, post-operative, and critically ill patients using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in treatment planning, patient monitoring, and critical care decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and quality of care.
• Support medical education, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required :
• Education & Experience: American Board, UK CCT, or equivalent Tier 1 qualification with DHA Eligibility; strong experience in Cardiac Critical Care or Cardiothoracic Intensive Care.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in managing complex cardiac and post-operative critical care patients; strong knowledge of cardiac critical care management and cardiothoracic intensive care protocols.
