Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–12 years of UAE civil construction experience
• Valid Dubai Municipality License
• Valid SOE Card
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Experience handling large-scale civil projects
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
• Proficiency in Primavera and AutoCAD
