HR Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews and job offers
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and other statutory employment requirements
• Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave administration
• Support monthly payroll and coordinate with the Finance team
• Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook
• Oversee performance management, training, and employee relations
• Plan and implement employee-engagement initiatives
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Arabic is mandatory
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Financial-services or investment-banking experience is preferred
• HRMS/HRIS experience is an advantage
• CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR systems
