HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute advanced HR strategies that align with and support the organization’s long-term objectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide expert guidance on organizational growth and talent management.
• Lead cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract and secure highly skilled and talented professionals across all levels.
• Design and drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a leading employer of choice.
• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-tier candidates who align with organizational values and goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring skilled and talented professionals across multiple domains.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team-building capabilities.
