Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage nursery operations and staff
-Ensure high-quality early years education and curriculum delivery
-Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
-Oversee admissions, parent communication, and school events
-Ensure compliance with relevant education authority regulations
-Drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in early years education
At least 2–3 years in a leadership/management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
