An engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery in Al Ain, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, planning, construction, and handover while ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery from design coordination and procurement through construction and closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor contractor performance, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Oversee technical submissions, RFIs, drawings, material approvals, and project documentation.
• Manage change requests, variations, and cost monitoring with commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and applicable authority requirements.
• Lead progress meetings, prepare client reports, and coordinate commissioning and handover.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including leading projects in a project management capacity.
✅ Strong engineering consultancy or project management consultancy background.
✅ Proven UAE experience delivering multidisciplinary building projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of planning, contracts, cost control, risk management, QA/QC, and HSE.
✅ Familiarity with UAE authority approvals; Al Ain or Abu Dhabi project experience is preferred.
✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ PMP certification and BIM coordination experience are advantages.
