We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with retail leadership, drive HR strategy, support workforce planning, and manage key people initiatives across retail operations.

Key Requirements:
ā 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within retail
ā Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and commercial objectives
ā Support workforce planning, organizational development, and manpower requirements
ā Manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues
ā Provide HR guidance to managers and employees across retail operations
ā Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives
ā Drive employee engagement, retention, and people development programs
ā Monitor HR metrics and prepare workforce reports and insights for management
ā Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
ā Strong knowledge of HR practices, HRIS, and Microsoft Office
ā Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
