Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including training and development within exchange companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
