Store Manager
Job Location : Ajman, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily supermarket operations and staff performance.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Control stock loss, wastage, and damaged goods.
• Maintain FIFO, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and track store performance.
• Coordinate with buying, warehouse, finance, and HR teams.
Requirements :
• Experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store performance targets.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
