◾ A qualification that is appropriate for the nature of the job.
◾ Previous experience in security and guarding or security of facilities and projects is preferred.
◾ Ability to follow up on entry and exit procedures and monitor sites and facilities.

◾ Discipline, alertness, good communication, and interpersonal interaction.
◾ Knowledge of workplace security and safety procedures is a plus.
