🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
◾ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related discipline.
◾ A minimum of two years of experience in account management, sales or business roles within the transport and logistics sector.
◾ It is preferable to have strong experience in the Saudi transport and logistics market.
◾ Proven experience in managing and growing B2B customer accounts, preferably dealing with medium and large companies.
◾ Good knowledge of FTL, LTL, dedicated fleets, distribution and cross-border transportation.
◾ A good understanding of pricing, costs, revenue, and gross profit (GP) management.
◾ Strong skills in negotiation, communication, business presentations, and customer relationship management.
◾ Ability to discover cross-selling & upselling opportunities, grow accounts, and retain customers.
◾ Experience in using CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
◾ Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and take corrective actions.
◾ Proficiency in spoken and written English, and Arabic is a plus.
