Project Architect
Job Location : Dubai, Fujairah, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conceptualization through construction ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with engineers designers and contractors to create cohesive project plans balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and sustainability
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications utilizing advanced software tools to visualize and communicate design intent effectively
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions addressing potential challenges early in the project lifecycle
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management, demonstrating proven expertise in the field.
• Experience in high rise building is mandatory.
