◾ A bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
◾ Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and their applications in construction projects.
◾ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software.
◾ Ability to coordinate engineering models between architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) disciplines.
◾ Knowledge of Clash Detection procedures and coordination reporting.
◾ Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and engineering information management is preferred.
◾ Good technical coordination and communication skills with design and implementation teams.
