🌟 Requirements & Qualifications
â—¾ Proven hands-on experience in stage management, live broadcast coordination, or large-scale event execution.
â—¾ Strong knowledge of live event production, stage operations, and backstage management.
â—¾ Experience coordinating performers, presenters, production crews, and technical teams.
â—¾ Ability to manage event schedules, rehearsals, stage transitions, and live show cues.
â—¾ Familiarity with audio, lighting, video, and audiovisual production workflows.
â—¾ Ability to coordinate with event producers, show callers, and technical directors.
â—¾ Strong understanding of event run sheets, cue sheets, and production timelines.
â—¾ Excellent real-time communication and coordination skills.
â—¾ Ability to make quick decisions and resolve operational issues during live events.
â—¾ High stress tolerance and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
â—¾ Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
â—¾ Knowledge of backstage safety procedures and crowd movement coordination.
â—¾ Previous experience in high-profile events, conferences, or live broadcasts is an advantage.
