◾ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
◾ Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design.
◾ Proven experience in hospitality and hotel interior design projects.
◾ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
◾ Strong knowledge of space planning, interior finishes, materials, and FF&E specifications.
◾ Experience developing design concepts, technical drawings, and detailed design packages.
◾ Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
◾ Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and design implementation.
◾ Strong creativity, technical accuracy, and presentation skills.
◾ A portfolio demonstrating relevant hospitality design experience is required for application.
