🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
◾ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
◾ 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
◾ Experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or construction environments is preferred.
◾ Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and workplace risk assessments.
◾ Familiarity with PPE requirements, hazard identification, and incident prevention.
◾ Ability to conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
◾ Knowledge of emergency response, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.
◾ Experience preparing HSE inspection reports and corrective action records.
◾ Understanding of Saudi occupational safety regulations and HSE standards.
◾ Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
◾ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
◾ Good command of English is mandatory.
◾ NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
