🌟 General Requirements
â—¾ Relevant technical qualification and practical maintenance skills appropriate to the position.
â—¾ Experience in Facility Management and building maintenance systems is preferred.
â—¾ Familiarity with Fire Alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, or MEP systems, where relevant to the role.
â—¾ Strong troubleshooting, fault identification, and preventive maintenance skills.
â—¾ Understanding of occupational health and safety procedures.
â—¾ Ability to follow maintenance schedules, technical instructions, and work orders.
â—¾ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred.
â—¾ Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
