HSE Officer
Job Location : UAE
Requirements :
• 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in Facilities Management
• NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory
• IOSH / OSHA certifications preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in HSE / Occupational Health & Safety
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with MS/RA, PTW, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Valid driving license – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
• Review and approve Method Statements & Risk Assessments (MS/RA)
• Issue and monitor Permits to Work (PTW)
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper PPE usage, safe work practices, and emergency preparedness
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
