Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant / Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment and HR activities within our automotive industry operations in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and visa processing coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Previous UAE work experience is mandatory.
- Automobile/automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
- Must be available for an in-person interview in Abu Dhabi.
