Sales Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Criteria:
• Candidates with previous Sales experience in Insurance, Credit Card / Loan Sales .
• High resilience, exceptional verbal English communication, and an aggressive attitude toward earning commissions.
Qualification: Graduate
Core Job Responsibilities :
• New Business Acquisition: Pitch and sell insurance policies (e.g., Motor, Fire, Package, Engineering,) to individuals and corporate clients via direct sales, cold calling, and networking.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly individual sales KPIs and premium collection targets.
• Client Consultation: Learn to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options (training provided).
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers through excellent relationship-building skills.
Salary: AED 4,000 + attractive commission package & other standard benefits
AED 5,000 with UAE Driving License
