QSaudi Trading Company – Aviation Division is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the position of:
Ground Operations Training Manager – Training Post-holder
📍 Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
Key Responsibilities
• Establish, develop, and manage the ground operations training system in accordance with applicable GACA requirements.
• Fulfil the role of Training Post-holder, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and formal GACA acceptance.
• Develop and maintain the Training Manual, training programmes, and role-based qualification matrices.
• Oversee initial, recurrent, refresher, practical, and on-the-job training (OJT).
• Establish competency assessment standards and operational authorisation procedures.
• Ensure all personnel meet the required training and competency standards before undertaking operational duties.
• Maintain accurate and auditable training and qualification records, including expiry monitoring.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, Quality, Compliance, and HR to support operational readiness and mobilisation.
• Develop Saudi national capabilities in aviation training, assessment, and instructor development.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Extensive experience in aviation ground operations, ground handling, or airport operations.
• Proven experience in aviation training management, operational qualification, and competency assessment.
• Good working knowledge of GACA/GACAR regulations; familiarity with GACAR Part 151 is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IATA ground operations standards, including IGOM and AHM, is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in developing training manuals, qualification matrices, and competency management systems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Relevant experience and qualifications to fulfil the Training Post-holder role, subject to applicable GACA eligibility requirements and formal approval.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
