🌟 Requirements and Qualifications:
â—¾ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
â—¾ 10-15 years of work experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
â—¾ It is preferable to have an accredited professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA) Fellowship.
â—¾ Advanced experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
â—¾ Familiarity with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the financial and tax regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
â—¾ Advanced knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, Zakat and Financial Compliance requirements.
â—¾ Experience in project finance management, contract cost analysis, budget control, and profitability.
â—¾ Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, and analyze financial performance indicators.
â—¾ Experience in financial risk management, internal control, and dealing with internal and external auditors.
â—¾ Proficiency in the use of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
â—¾ Ability to manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and bank guarantees related to projects.
â—¾ Advanced leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions and manage financial teams efficiently.
â—¾ Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and dealing with senior management and stakeholders.
