◾ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
â—¾ Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or industrial production is preferred.
â—¾ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or relevant technical design software.
â—¾ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production requirements.
â—¾ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material specifications, and quality control standards.
â—¾ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
â—¾ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
