Job Description:
A Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their vehicle needs and recording the required information to share with the Service Team for vehicle inspection. The Service Advisor acts as the link between the dealership and its customers, representing the face and voice of the business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Sound technical knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance requirements, and repair processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications and service/dealer management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
