Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Review tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for stone cladding, substructures, anchors, brackets, and related accessories.
• Measure and verify quantities using IFC drawings and BIM models.
• Manage variations, claims, commercial documentation, and quantity reconciliations.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and project execution teams.
• Support tender submissions, contract administration, and cost reporting.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in stone façade cladding projects is essential.
• Strong background in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
• Experience with BOQs, variations, cost management, and commercial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Knowledge of PlanSwift, BIM-based quantity extraction, and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and coordination skills.
