Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-contract QS experience.
• Strong knowledge of façade, aluminium, glass, and curtain wall projects.
• Expertise in variations, claims, interim payments, cost control, and final account settlements.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and contract administration skills.
• UAE construction industry experience is highly preferred.
