Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage construction projects throughout all stages, from planning and execution to completion and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and cost control plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, contract variations, claims, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and agreed timelines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, construction standards, and contractual requirements.
Candidate Requirements :
• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Technical & Software Skills: Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and construction project coordination.
• Contract Management: Proven knowledge of contract administration, claims management, variations, and contractual obligations.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction standards, quality management systems, and HSE regulations.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Delivery: Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage project risks, and deliver construction projects within established deadlines.
