📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
💰 Salary: SAR 4,000–6,000 per month
⏳ Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
⭐ Saudi Experience Preferred
🔹 Industry: Facility Management & Interior Fit-Out
📋 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations & tenders
✅ Estimate maintenance, renovation, civil, interior fit-out & MEP works
✅ Calculate material, manpower & subcontractor costs
✅ Review drawings, specifications & tender documents
✅ Conduct site surveys and quantity take-offs
✅ Obtain supplier quotations and prepare competitive pricing
🎓 Candidate Requirements:
✅ Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of estimation experience
✅ Knowledge of Facility Management & Interior Fit-Out
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel & estimation software
✅ Knowledge of Saudi market rates and suppliers
✅ Ability to prepare and submit tenders independently
