🌟 Qualifications and Requirements
◾ A minimum of 3 years of work experience in fleet management and operation.
◾ Experience in handling trucks, minibuses, transport vehicles and trailers.
◾ Have a good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, and follow up on fleet readiness.
◾ Experience in using Vehicle Tracking Systems (GPS) and fleet management systems.
◾ Familiarity with the procedures for registering vehicles, renewing licenses and insurance policies.
◾ Hands-on experience in the Bayan platform, driver cards, and transportation-related regulatory procedures.
◾ Knowledge of documents, permits, and operational procedures for vehicles and transportation.
◾ Experience in monitoring fuel consumption and analyzing maintenance and operating costs.
◾ Ability to prepare performance reports and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).
◾ Strong skills in analysis, organization, coordination, and problem-solving.
◾ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
