Responsibilities
Support senior engineers and supervisors in day-to-day industrial services operations
Assist with technical documentation, inspection records, and field reporting
Participate in site visits, equipment checks, and maintenance activities under supervision
Follow all GHSL safety protocols, site rules, and permit-to-work requirements at all times
Contribute to team tasks including data collection, measurements, and operational monitoring
Communicate clearly with team members and escalate issues promptly to the responsible engineer
Maintain accurate records and support the preparation of technical reports
Engage actively in training programmes, toolbox talks, and competency assessments
Comply with all applicable HSE regulations and GHSL internal standards
Carry out additional duties as directed by the line manager within the scope of the role
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline
2-3 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of industrial or engineering principles relevant to the sector
Willingness to work on active industrial sites and comply with all safety requirements
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a structured operational environment
Physically fit and able to meet the demands of an industrial field role
