Electrical Supervisor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities at project sites.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, including LV/MV panels, Motor Control Centres (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and submersible pump systems.
• Coordinate daily activities with electrical technicians, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work to verify technical accuracy and operational reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, inspection records, and site documentation.
• Support electrical operations for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Candidate Requirements :
• Educational Credentials: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is suggested; the original advertisement does not confirm this as a mandatory qualification.
• Work Experience: 4–5 years of UAE experience in electrical supervision.
• Technical & Software Skills: Strong knowledge of LV/MV panels, MCCs, VFD systems, submersible pumps, electrical maintenance, and site supervision.
• Industry Experience: Experience in water and wastewater projects is preferred.
• Licensing: A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits :
• Estimated Monthly Salary: AED 6,500–9,500.
