🌟 Qualifications & Experience
▪️ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
▪️ Professional Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
▪️ Saudi Labor Law: Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, HR compliance requirements, and recognized HR best practices.
▪️ Strategic HR Management: Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
▪️ HR Technology: Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and talent management platforms.
▪️ Leadership Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Professional Certification: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
