š¦ŗ Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate, issue, monitor, and control the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system across shipyard operations.
Ensure permits are properly authorized before high-risk activities begin.
Coordinate permits for hot work, confined-space entry, electrical work, lifting operations, diving, and vessel activities.
Verify risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and required safety precautions.
Coordinate with HSE teams, supervisors, contractors, and operations personnel.
Monitor permit validity, extensions, suspensions, and closures.
Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and applicable HSE requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience as a Work Permit Coordinator or PTW Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems and high-risk work activities.
Marine, maritime, shipyard, or dry-dock project experience is preferred.
Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant HSE or PTW training and certifications are an advantage.
