Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and cost control practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws and standards is preferred.
